I brewed this myself on 8/13/00. I used 3.75KG malt so I didn’t use the dry malt. I used Gouldings hops 5.1% - 3.5 oz – 75 min, 1 oz – 10 min, and ½ oz steep. I used 1 TSP Irish moss but didn’t use any Water Crystals.
